Who takes care of the customers
The whole process is described on the Order List which customer confirms with his signature.
Concrete person, who performs the function of the Order Manager, is responsible for every moving process. Customer consults any suggestions and comments with the Order Manager. Order Manager passes eventual complications or extension of agreed services to the manager.
Order Manager is the person who plans the whole process of moving and represents the contractor.
In case of any problem occurrence, customer addresses directly workers in the place, if the issue requires more complex solution, he is obliged to consult it with the Order Manager (all functions and names of persons are part of the Order List which is available to the customer during the whole time of moving).
Please, always remember with whom you prepare and plan the whole process of moving, in case of any difficulties the respective Order Manager is responsible for works in progress.
What the preparations for moving look like
What is necessary to manage during the preparation for moving:
- visit of company representative in the premises of customer,
- elaboration of the price offer and the proposal of the optimum course of moving,
- completion and signing of the Order List,
- getting all permissions of entry for trucks to forbidden zones,
- securing parking for moving vans in front of the buildings,
- lending and delivery of transport boxes,
- delivery of packing materials,
- provision of information leaflet what and how it should be packed and stored into boxes,
- deposition of all personal things and clothes into the lent boxes,
- packing of furniture sets in protective covers,
- packing of kitchenware (porcelain, glass) into silk paper,
- packing of mirrors, pictures, chandeliers to protective materials, taping the carpets.
